The plan counts back from race day
- 01A plan built around your dateCounted back from race day: what we can reach, and what is more honest to leave for the next start.
- 02Strength and gripCarries, pull-ups, hangs — on obstacles the grip decides everything.
- 03EnduranceRunning and heart-rate work alongside the strength blocks, not instead of them.
- 04ObstaclesWe break down the movements you meet on the course and what leads up to them.
- 05Fuelling for loadFood and water for heavy weeks and for race day — no experiments on the course.
- 06Taper before the startThe last weeks are not about heroics: you should arrive fresh.

Plan in the client area
Blocks by week: strength, running, obstacles, fuelling.
- 04
Week after week
Report on Sunday, then corrections to the plan — and a taper as race day comes closer.
the method for the course
Hard, yes. Wrecked, no.
- 01
Hard, never harmful
Race prep tempts you to bury yourself every week. That is how people arrive at the start tired instead of strong.
- 02
Technique before weight
A carry or a pull-up done wrong costs more on the course than in the gym: movement first, volume second.
- 03
The whole person
Sleep and recovery during heavy weeks are part of the plan, otherwise running and lifting start working against each other.
straight talk
Sometimes the honest answer is «not this race»
This is for you if
- You have a date and a distance
- You can run, but obstacles stop you
- You can handle obstacles, but you fade on the distance
- You want to finish the course properly, not just somehow
- You are ready for two kinds of work a week: strength and running
This is not for you if
- There is very little time left and you need a result at any cost
- You only want to lift, or only want to run
- You have an undiagnosed injury
- You want a program with no feedback
«If there is not enough time before the race, I say it straight and suggest aiming at the next one. I will not promise a quick result.»

About medical clearance. An obstacle race is a serious load. With a chronic condition, pain or after an injury, start with your doctor and their clearance.

questions
What people ask before a race
01How many weeks before the race should I start?+
It depends on your current shape and the distance. Pavel gives the honest answer on the call, when he sees your measurements and history — a form cannot decide that.
02Do I need to run separately from the program?+
Running is inside the plan. It does not live apart: running and strength volume are counted together, otherwise they work against each other.
03What if I have never run?+
Then we start with small volume and technique, the same as in the gym. Your experience goes into the quiz, and the first week is built from it.
04What if the race is postponed?+
The plan is rebuilt from the new date: blocks shift and the taper moves with them. That is a working situation.
05How much does it cost?+
The price depends on the format and how long the preparation runs. Take the quiz — Pavel will message you on WhatsApp and name the price after the call.
Give us the race date. Then we count the weeks.
