Who we are

Pavel Globa (Globa Fitness) — personal coaching by Pavel Globa in Dubai, UAE: a website with a quiz and a private client area. Data questions — doittommorow@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971 55 106 7297.

What we collect

• Quiz: goal, age, weight, height, training experience, name, email, phone.
• Client area: your program, measurements (weight, girths, body fat %), weekly reports and the progress photos you upload yourself.
• Site statistics: Google Analytics 4 — anonymous visit data: pages, device, language, referral source, clicks on site buttons. Your name, email and phone are never sent to analytics, and the client area carries no tracker.

Why

So that Pavel can build your program, reach you on WhatsApp and coach you: adjusting training and nutrition from your reports. The email from the quiz becomes your client-area login. There are no other purposes: no newsletters, no data selling.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Data is kept in a protected database on the hosting provider's servers, and only Pavel has access. Photos are stored privately and served only inside the client area after login — there are no public direct links to them.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except where the law requires it. Before / after photos and measurements appear on the public site only with your separate written consent — and are taken down on your first request.

How long we keep it

While your program or client area is active. After that we delete it on request or when the service ends.

Your rights

Under the UAE personal data protection law (PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021) you can request a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted entirely — photos and measurements included. Write to doittommorow@gmail.com or on WhatsApp; deletion is also available from your client-area profile.
